Magnet Testing and Validation

BRADS offers this service to both new and existing customers, providing full documentation which can be used together with existing HACCP & GMP procedures. 

We use a certified Gauss Meter to test the Gauss strength of the magnetic separators. The Gauss Meter is calibrated on an annual basis and we supply a copy of the calibration certificate which may be required by auditors.

We also do Pull Testing (optional) using a Pull Test Kit to determine the strength of magnets in terms of Kgs/Lbs. Although this is not very much recommended by most auditors, we can still provide this option for customers who require the service.

The report also assesses the general state of the magnets and identifies where remedial action is required. We also supply accompanying tags & photographs which are included in the certificates for ease of identification.
